Listed below are ceramic workshops, events, competitions and exhibitions that are held throughout the year with the pottery club. As a member of the Shorncliffe Pottery Club Inc. you have first access to the workshops which provide pottery techniques and opportunities to improve your skills, as well as having great fun.
Contact the pottery club if you are interested in attending any of the workshops. But get in fast as numbers are always limited.
Handbuilding Workshop - completed
This course is suited to all levels from beginners to those with some experience. A flyer will be emailed to all members over the next week. Instructor Linda Douglas.

Sgraffito Workshop – completed
This is an easy and effective way to decorate your pots with impact! Email the club if you wish to join us. A flyer will come out this week with more information. Instructor Linda Douglas.

Wheel Workshop - completed
Join us for a fun filled 3 Saturday afternoons of wheel throwing. No experience necessary! Just a desire to get your hands (and possibly the rest of your body) dirty. Don’t wear your best clothes recommended. Instructor Linda Douglas.

Mishima Workshop – completed
On Sept 27th, a group of members who have joined our new club attended a workshop on the Korean technique of Mishima, which is an inlay technique.
